Yes, there&#039;s a limit, a high tide limit, otherwise we end up drowning in plastic!

Biodegradable cornstarch based packaging is being introduced more and more but, plastics certainly do have their uses and are everywhere. So, as you point out recycling is important. Trouble is, human systems tend to break down. 

I still think creating less of the stuff is better.</description>
